Prior to joining the team at Vista, Jack had an extensive 25-year career in the hotel industry. During his employment with the Las Vegas Hilton, he managed some of the largest conventions that come to Las Vegas (ie. Comdex, CES, MAGIC, NAB, ICSC, etd...), as well as being nominated for Convention Service Manager of the Year. After that, he was promoted to National Sales Manager for the Corporate & Incentive market bringing many large corporate meetings and conventions to Las Vegas - such as McDonalds, Walgreens, GE, True Value, Century 21, and Prudential. The transition from handling the operations in Convention Services to Sales was a natural progression because of his knowledge of the business, as well as his familiarity with the clients. Within the first year of his transition, Jack received the quarterly Sales Excellence Award for the entire Hilton Corporation/Company.

After 18 years at the Las Vegas Hilton - due to market changes, Jack made the decision to leave the hotel business. Jack has now been actively working with clients in Sales & Leasing with the Vista Group/Vista Realty, Inc. since July 2002 - to include Vista owned properties, those managed/leased by Vista and working with many Tenants Rep/Clients.

Jack is currently the tenant rep for one of two Dunkin Donuts Franchisee groups making an aggressive move into the Las Vegas area - with the prospect of a total of 50 stores within five years.

Connie is a licensed Real Estate Brokerr as well as the Qualified Employee for Vista Financial Resources the lending arm of The Vista Group. Connie has beein with The Vista Group since 1993 where she has been Director of Leasing, Qualified Employee for Vista Financial Resources and now the Broker for Vista Realty, Inc. Connie earned her Certified Commercial Sales Specialist designation in April 2002. Connie is a member of the Commercial Marketing Group, President Commercial Real Estate Women of Las Vegas and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Connie has been involved in all aspects of leasing and sales for Vista Realty.
